We use these platforms' official APIs to publish our own content (and, where applicable, our clients' content under explicit mandate) from our internal publishing tool. Specifically for TikTok:
- We use TikTok's Content Posting API solely to publish videos to the Creacontec brand account from our internal dashboard.
- The only data processed through this integration is: the access token TikTok issues to authorize publishing to that account, and the video content we upload ourselves.
- We do not collect, store or analyze personal data of other TikTok users (people who view, comment on, or interact with our content) through this integration.
- The access token is stored securely on our infrastructure and is only used by our publishing system — it is never shared with third parties or exposed publicly.
The same principle applies to our integrations with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and YouTube: we publish our own authorized content, we do not collect data from people who interact with it.
Use of YouTube API Services. To publish our videos on Creacontec’s channel we use YouTube API Services. The channel owner authorizes our internal tool, through Google OAuth, to upload videos and manage their metadata (title, description, thumbnail, visibility and scheduling) on our own channel.
- What we receive: only the access credential (token) Google issues for that channel, and the videos and metadata we ourselves upload.
- What we do not do: we do not access other YouTube users’ data (viewers, subscribers or commenters), we do not store it, and we do not use this integration for advertising.
- Where it is stored: the token is kept in a secrets manager with restricted access; only our publishing system uses it and it is never shared with third parties.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Google Privacy Policy also applies. In addition to our normal procedure for deleting stored data, you can revoke our application’s access to your Google data at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
