Creacontec is the trade name under which we operate AI, automation and digital content services for businesses, together with this website (creacontec.com) and our social media accounts.

Creacontec is in the process of formal incorporation as a company in Colombia. Until that process concludes, we operate under this trade name; we will update this page with our legal entity name and tax ID once registration is complete. You can reach us at contacto@creacontec.com with any questions about our legal identity.

By using creacontec.com, hiring one of our services, or connecting your social media accounts to our publishing tools, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

We provide AI consulting and implementation, process automation, content production, and digital presence management — including publishing content on our own and our clients' social media accounts, under explicit mandate. The exact scope of each contracted service is defined in the specific proposal or commercial agreement we sign with each client — these general Terms complement that agreement, they do not replace it.

You may browse and use creacontec.com freely for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to breach the site's security, scrape content in bulk without authorization, or use the site for fraudulent or illegal activity.

We use our own tools (a publishing manager built on WordPress) to post content to third-party platforms — including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok — on Creacontec's own accounts and, where applicable, on client accounts that have given us explicit mandate to do so.

These integrations only publish content that we prepare and authorize ourselves; they do not automate interactions with other users of those platforms, nor access third-party data beyond what is strictly necessary to publish. Use of each platform is also subject to that platform's own terms of service (for example, TikTok's Developer Terms of Service or Meta's Platform Policies).

The content of this site (text, design, logos, images) is owned by Creacontec or used under proper license. Deliverables produced as part of a contracted service are governed by what is agreed in each client's specific contract — ownership of final deliverables typically transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Creacontec is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website. This clause does not limit our liability under formally contracted services, which is governed by the corresponding commercial agreement.

We may update these Terms as our services or applicable regulation change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
